The TourWest Deadline is April 1, 2016 at 11:59 p.m. MST. Support will be available at (303) 629-1166 until 5 p.m. MST on April 1st.

Southern Exposure is a roster program funded by the NEA.  This is program is managed through Mid Atlantic Arts Foundation.  TourWest is also a NEA funded grant program.  According to the NEA guidelines, grantees cannot match NEA funds to NEA Funds nor get two different NEA grants for the same project costs (overlapping costs).  Thus, you cannot apply for both the Southern Exposure roster grant and the TourWest grant.  Thus, we suggest you chose a different project for TourWest.

Welcome to the new TourWest grant management system:

You are now using the WESTAF GrantsOnline (GO) system for the 2016 application process. Final reports for TourWest 2014, 2015 and 2016 will be managed in this system.

If you did not apply for a TourWest grant in a previous cycle you are required to sign up before applying.  You will need to complete the registration and organization profile before you can apply to the grant. Please click on the sign up tab above to get started.

On your registration page, you must answer "Yes"  to the last question, "Would you like to associate this user account with an organization?".  This will allow you to complete the organization profile. Only organizations may apply!

If you applied for a 2014 or 2015 grant you will NOT need to sign up again.  Please use the log in and password you created.

After April 1st, we will eliminate any applications that do not comply with the guidelines or are missing any required documents. Please review the guidelines carefully to ensure that you meet the goals of the program and provide the correct documentation.
